Grand Valley & Oil City
Home base. I know the area, the suppliers, and the kind of work these houses typically need.

Grand Valley, PA · Veteran owned · Est. 2018
At Jenkins Residential Construction. We handle renovations, additions, kitchens, baths, and insurance repairs for homeowners across northwestern PA and western New York. We show up, do the work, and we stand behind it.
Houses between Oil City and Gowanda weren't all built the same way or the same era. A lot of them have been renovated, added onto, or repaired by different people over the years and it shows. Before we touch anything, we look at what's actually there. That makes for better work and fewer surprises once the walls are open.
First Conversation
We don't quote jobs over the phone without seeing them first. When you reach out, we start by talking through what you need and what you're working with. From there, We come take a look and put together a real estimate. That's how it works.
What I Do
Older homes around here have layers. We figure out what's worth keeping, what needs to go, and what the house actually needs before we start pulling things apart.
More space planned and built so it fits the existing house — same materials, same level of work, same attention to how it all ties together.
Kitchens in working households need to hold up. We focus on the layout, the storage, and the details that matter every day.
Solid waterproofing, good tile work, fixtures that last. We don't cut corners behind the walls.
Storm damage, water damage, fire damage — we've handled the claims process enough times to know what documentation adjusters need and how to keep things moving.
If you're still figuring out what you want, we can help think through what's realistic for the space and the budget before anything gets decided.

Estimating Tools
I use drone photography and LiDAR scanning on jobs where precise measurements matter — roofs, complex exteriors, additions, and insurance claims. It saves time, reduces guesswork, and gives everyone a clearer picture of the scope before work starts.
Aerial photos and measurements for roofs and exteriors. More accurate than visual estimates and safer than putting someone on a roof unnecessarily.
Detailed 3D measurements for additions, renovations, and complex repairs — especially useful when the existing structure has settled or shifted over time.
Organized photos, measurements, and written scope for insurance claims. Gives adjusters what they need and keeps the process from dragging out.
Where I Work
Based in Grand Valley. I regularly work in Oil City, Warren, Titusville, Jamestown, and Gowanda, and the towns in between. If you're within about an hour, reach out.
Home base. I know the area, the suppliers, and the kind of work these houses typically need.
Farmhouses, camp properties, and older homes with a lot of history built into them.
Same level of work on either side of the state line. Permits differ, standards don't.
Storm repairs, insurance work, and renovations. Lake-effect winters are hard on roofs and exteriors.
How It Works
Call or email. Tell me what's going on and what you're hoping to get done. I'll ask a few questions and we'll figure out if it makes sense to meet.
I come out to the house, see what we're actually working with, and get a clear picture of the scope before anything gets priced.
A clear scope of work with a real number attached. No vague ranges, no surprises after you've already said yes.
Show up on time, communicate when something comes up, clean up at the end of each day. Finish what we started.
